Refund Process
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be provided as follows:

If a return is approved, we will process a cash refund at the time of item pickup or offer an exchange, based on your preference.

In case of refusal before item pickup, no payment will be collected, and your order will be canceled without charge.
